What is your returns policy?
At Zello, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including unopened products. We encourage you to choose your flavours carefully or consider ordering a starter pack before committing to a larger quantity.
If your product is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unfit for use, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
For returns due to damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, Zello will cover the cost of return shipping. For any other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable postage method.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@drinkzello.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of any damaged or faulty items. After we receive your return, please allow at least seven days for inspection and processing. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
